If you have ageing skin, pigmentation from sun exposure, fine lines or wrinkles, then you may be a good candidate for laser skin resurfacing.
If you have acne or if you have very dark skin, you may not be a candidate. You should discuss whether laser treatments are right for you by consulting with the laser therapist before having the procedure done.
Clear + Brilliant is based on advanced technology, but the treatments are simple. All treatments begin with a consultation with your skin care therapist to see if Clear + Brilliant is right for you – and to pinpoint some of the key trouble spots it can help address. From there, your therapist can recommend a Clear + Brilliant treatment program that’s perfect for you.
Requires about one hour per treatment.
Application of topical numbing cream to your face prior to treatment in order to provide additional comfort.
Delivered by your skin care therapist, who will gently guide the Clear + Brilliant handpiece across the target area and treat your skin for approximately 20 minutes.
Cools the skin with cooling rollers immediately after treatment.
A refreshing biocellulose masque may also be applied for 10-15 minutes after treatment.
Immediately post treatment, you may experience some redness and mild swelling, but both typically diminish in about 12 to 48 hours.
Over the next few days, you may experience some itchiness or skin sensitivity (to touch or temperature). Both are indications of the natural renewal process and typically dissipate a few days after treatment.
Most typical skin care products and practices can be used immediately after treatment, a specific serum and SPF 50+ must be applied daily – your skin care therapist will provide you with recommendations and aftercare instructions.
